there is to win over the last 20 years yes. Anyone who says otherwise is weird, frankly. Yes he's Russian and probably acquired his money originally in murky circumstances but as owner of Chelsea he's transformed that club (and has done plenty in the community too) than Delia has for Norwich City.

Chelsea aren't going to come out of this as premier league relegation fodder.
