Watershed game yesterday, I thought.

Pretty much full strength, particularly in terms of the players brought in to improve us this season - and yet we stank the place out with a truly woeful, witless display.

What struck me, apart from the obvious lack of a plan and any Premier League quality was the total absence of any personality or character in the outfield side.

Brandon Williams probably comes closest, but otherwise it's a largely quiet, passionless, emotionless side, without a single player who in any way exhibits the talismanic qualities that fans can buy in to.

Emi, Onel, Tetts, Ben etc etc looked like they cared and while that may just largely be good PR, this is now a very hard side to love.

Yesterday we were totally minced by a powerful, athletic and motivated side who we finished 10 points ahead of last season and who hadn't won in nine games. What an indictment!

I've tried to stay positive but, for the first time, I've accepted that we don't deserve to be in this division and we need a reset.

As for the ownership issue, Stevo Cook spoke very well on Twitter last night. Time for new, benevolent heroes.
