He will hand over a weaker club

The structure and facilities might be a bit better than what he was given but the playing squad and pipeline looks a lot weaker both relative to what we had and where we are relative to other clubs

(and has he done anything particularly remarkable? Apart from the Soccerbot the stuff he has done just seems simple hygiene stuff that most clubs do)
