The Secret Diary of BWOD, aged fourteen and three quarters

The most exciting news today. Daniel has quit his new job at that foreign school!!

Everyone is saying that it’s because the school’s owned by a mass murderer but I know that’s not the reason. Ok it probably had something to do with it. But really, deep down, I know that it was because … because he missed me. There, I said it. He missed me and he’s coming back.

Nothing can stop me feeling amazing right now. Not even ugly Dean’s ugly team playing ugly football and not losing properly in the Cup. They even had the cheek to score a goal! Daniel’s team had far too much class to do that.

Went to Boots and bought a Ted Baker Gloss Bomb Lip Luminizer. I’ll have to do extra hours on Saturday but it’ll be so worth it when Dan does his first presser and looks at me like he always does.

Phoned Worthing Yellow to see if he wanted to write a new song together to celebrate Dan coming back. He was a bit distracted, he said he’d got a lot of extra homework, something about his International Relations GCSE. So I wrote some lyrics on my own:

“I don’t need no instruction manual
To know that every single granule
Of my soul loves gorgeous Daniel”
