Agreed, it's negligent not to have considered the possibility

of either Idah or Pukki getting injured and having a backup striker available. Our options last night were so limited. Even Hugill off the bench would've been something. It would've allowed us play the 442, go long and try to move up the pitch.

Every time we attempt the high ball towards Pukki it's possession lost. And it's not his fault. That's not his game and never will be. The injury to Idah has ended our season. It was going to be tough either way but we at least had an outlet ball to relieve pressure and a target to aim crosses at.
