I think the discovery of those clauses in their license is going to sort everything, so hopefully no need to spend time pushing neighbours to take action. It’s another thing I’ve learned. People are willing to tolerate things that clearly annoy the absolute crap out of them, rather than invest the time to get it sorted. I think it’s how crooks get away with stuff for sooo long. (Not suggesting these restaurant owners are crooks btw. Just that they’re trying to run a club in a completely inappropriate place with the proper licence. If that’s what they want to do, they should move the business.)
