Yes its a bit strange they can't sort this. I've had various rants with them about

the fact my 9 year old and 6 year old son can't just be on my account and have to have their own email address which is different to mine. How many 6 year old kids have their own email address. I can't believe its that hard to set up a system where they can all be registered under the same account.
