But there's a reason he's gone from Ajax, Spurs, Inter Milan, to ... Brentford. Obviously I have nothing but admiration for what he's doing, but it'll be some time (I suspect) before he's capable of making much difference to Brentford's position.

Having said that, I was until recently confidently predicting that byram would never play again at a high level ....
