It's funny how our unconscious bias effects our view...

I thought Aarons did pretty well (he was never going to totally nullify him) against a pretty decent Zaha...and the only time he didn't get help from Płacheta or PLM was when he smashed it in to the top corner. However, I thought Olise was giving Williams more problems, yet he didn't really know what to do with it or do it well once he had beaten him. I actually thought Williams looked better after his booking as he wasn't trying to smash Olise and the ball everytime. You aren't going to get a perfect defensive display from Rashica or Płacheta but the effort and application was there. We carry on improving with each game, there is light at the end of the tunnel but we can use the next two games to get players fit and up to speed for the Southampton game.
