Yeah CGI can be overwhelming in some scifi series.

I think I like the Fett series more partly because it does feel more 'Star Wars', and that might be partly because it is based on Tatooine; but also because I think Fett as a character has more depth than Mando. The kind of distant robotic nature of Mando was OK for a while, but it will get a little dull after a while.
