Been there. Horrible.

I think what I found even more mortifying, though, is that I once had to tell a member of staff to wash! People had complained to me about his smell and so I had the fun of trying to manage that is as sensitive a way as possible. Not easy.

Never easy, I know, but I hope it isn't too uncomfortable.
