When I was 18 I did a bet I could drink 1 gallon of water in 5 minutes.

I did it but I felt terrible for a while.
1 UK gallon is 4.1 liters so thats just over 9 pounds of water.

7 liters would be 15.47 pounds of water.

Thats a f**king drowning amount!
