I was surprised we never played him more behind Pukki in the middle

Certainly putting him out on the right in the 4-3-3 didn’t suit him at all.

I do agree his passing is nowhere near as good as Emis. His assist numbers don’t really hit the heights they should. In the periods he’s done well he seemed to have a bit of extra strength to ride tackles. This season he wasn’t able to do that, he was just falling over and losing the ball in dangerous areas.
