would be funny if shipping a player who is potentially disruptive out of the door galvanises the players who want to be here and are trying (gooooooo Sargent!).

Like yourself, I'd have been keen for us to look for a Holt/Reed/Tettey esque midfielder. It's got boring to repeat I know, but it is crucial to getting the best out of everyone else.

Hopefully Normann/Rupp/Sorenson can provide it (they have the talent, if not the injury record, so say they might...)
