Yeah London is just way out of my league, even with the better wages.

Similar with Norwich - the rents aren't terrible when you compare them nationally, but the wages aren't great on a national scale, either. Wage vs rent I reckon isn't great in Norwich.

And yeah hear you on the downsides - spent most of my life living those! I'd take those at the moment, though. I'm clearly a glutton for punishment.
