If you put a cm of water, butter, garlic, generous splash of worcestershire sauce, splash of Tabasco in a saucepan with your mushrooms, boil off all the water fry for a bit so that the buttery paste sticks to your shrooms and serve with steak 👍
Someone on here once mentioned brandy? I would like reminding of this decadent recipe?
