Worth getting a PCR if you can do one easily I think, gives you more clarity.

Daughter positive on LFT just before 1pm sunday, we were at the postwick drive thru site for 1:30 getting our test kits!
Results came through just before 6am monday morning.

Was pretty impressive really, and knowing we were neg on PCR then makes you more confident with the LFTs.
