did away with our commute

now only going to be going into the office about once every 5-6 weeks, and that will be focussed on useful team stuff.

Office I worked in was badly set up for what we do, so around half my team worked from home anyway, now that everyone is it works much better (majority of the team is happier not sitting in traffic twice a day, the ones who missed the office have been able to come in - around 5% of the team - and our productivity has gone up by around 15%, which, not coincidentally, was what it dropped by when we went open plan).

My hope for this year is that we can iterate the office space so that it's set up for what we'll be using it for from now on (we cleared it out about a year ago, so there's a blank slate to work from).
