Seconded, I've wound up with them by a different route

They were very open minded on how much I paid as well, accepting that you use more fuel in the winter than the summer (though with forthcoming price rises I'm not sure how well that's going to hold this year honestly - I ended up paying off the full balance outstanding but got the impression they'd absolutely have let me set a DD at a sensible, lower amount). They took a couple of days to respond but could not have been more helpful when they did.
