Only Leeds have a smaller group of over-21s, and on the full list of registered players (Senior, U21, DS & Yoot) 13 clubs have more.

If the PL are going to be stricter about covid-call offs (which is where we are heading) they may take a dim view of us making a PP application when we have sent a Senior player out on loan.
