With another one that went pop but new provider hasn't sent anything yet either

I suspect everything is snarled up due to how many went pop at the same time and unravelling it all. Probably bottle necks at the regulator approving everything.

Just keep taking your readings and records of payments and screen shots etc etc, so that if there's a big f**k up you can sell your story to the red tops.
