Her claim alleges that he forced her to have sex with him against her will in London

and forced her to engage in sex acts against her will in New York, knowing that she was under 18 and knowing that she was a coerced sex trafficking victim.

If all that is accepted by the civil court (sed quaere), then obviously there’s a solid basis for criminal charges to follow, though the standard of proof would in theory be different (“beyond reasonable doubt” for crime as opposed to “on the balance of probabilities” for the civil claim - that’s what it is in the UK and I expect same in NY though I CBA to GIYLF).
