nope

the same problem as in last summer - any player good enough for the PL isnt going to come here as they will be snapped up by a team in a much better position - and on higher wages.
Hard to avoid the conclusion that all those who arrived in the summer had already been deemed too expensive or not good enough for the PL by the other 19.
In this day and age with so much information available -almost no players slip "under the radar". Although Buendia may be an exception to that sweeping generalisation!
