But there's no guarantee any player is going to work out

If we had a owner with a few quid we could afford to take gambles with players with potential because if they didn't work out we could replace them with a better player if it didn't , we have to put all our eggs in one basket and hope it works out ,, it hasn't and now we have no funds to go again
