Was caught up in the chaos at Stratford on Sunday an hour after their game finished.

Not helped by Spurs fans there as well but after our last visit I would suggest that there is a fork in the road which leads under the rail lines and apparently you can cut back to the station from there without being stuck outside the Station for an hour.

I would have more accurate details but I aim never to go back to that ground ever again.
