That may be enough to see them scramble above Watford into 17th. But how much are they going to need to spend to hit the top 10, given the money Villa, Everton, Wolves, maybe Southampton under their new owners are willing spend? How much to compete with top 6? How much to have a crack at the title? Couple of bill?
