The ‘experts’ keep telling us that it’s the best league in the world.
And the most competitive!
So they must be right….
Nazi Germany, modern day Russia and China would have been or must be impressed with the brainwashing of the majority of fans into this way of thinking.
Unfortunately, NCFC under Robert Chase were complicit in the formation of this situation back in 1992.
We have the ‘Money grabbing’ cup incorrectly named the’champions league’ and the ‘whohasgotthemostmoneyball’ version of the game I and we all love formerly known as football pre 1992.
In the pre 1992, airbrushed out of history version of football, for all it’s faults, it was possible for us and other mid or small market teams to be competitive but now it is becoming increasingly rare.
I would hope that more and more fans will tell Sky, BT and Amazon to ‘do one’ and not give them their hard earned cash, particularly in the upcoming ‘year of the squeeze’ exacerbated by this incompetent and corrupt government….oops that’s another subject!
