Giannoulis was a Jan transfer so he was ready settled for the PL.

That's totally different paths in my view. No way would Mumba have been PL ready after just one season of Championship football and some L1 appearances for Sunderland. Giannoulis was supposed to be PL standard playing down as acclimatisation.
