Ahadme has already terminated his contract hasn't he?

The Scandinavian bloke ?Thorvaldsson? has also been terminated. What kind of success rate would be considered good? 1 in 10 reaching the first team? We have Rowe and Omabamidele from the last batch that are progressing, I don't think we are doing too badly.
