Bristol C - lost 104m, 0 yrs in PL
Forest - lost 102m, 0 yrs in PL
Birmingham lost 90m, spent 0 yrs in PL
Sheff Weds - lost 74m*, 0 yrs in PL
Derby - lost 48m*, 0 yrs in PL

(Asking for a fan of a club that has spent virtually nothing and yet has spent 6 of the last 11 years in the PL)
