They just get better & better. The characters are great, especially Lamb, they're filiming

it now as a TV series with Gary Oldman as Lamb. In my mind, he's Warren Clarke but obvs that can't happen.

I'm also a big fan of Christopher Fowler's Bryant & May series. Similar cast of oddballs solving crime mostly in London. Twenty so far but I reckon you can start with any.
