If I were in charge of the ECB

1 Abolish one of the T20 and the hundred over 3 weeks in August (2 tournaments is too many)
2 keep 50 over cup
3 3 divisions of 6 in county championship playing 10 games over 4 days each throughout the season including July.
4 Promote festival cricket
5 one overseas player per team
6 use kookaburra ball (controversial) swings less but will improve bowlers skills and help batsmen build innings.
7 tough penalties for sub standard pitches
8 I can start Monday starting salary 400k
9 Ashes coming home within 5 to 10 years
