Ashamed and embarrassed...

...much less by the performance but moreso by the reaction of many in the away crowd. The abuse of players and team following the second and third goals was awful. And the manner of the attack on Gilmour in particular was in my opinion unforgiveable (ironically probably our best player on the day). The atmosphere for a period before halftime was toxic. Admittedly fuelled mainly by alcohol and youth but also accompanied by many who were old enough and sober enough to know better.

I am a long time season ticket holder and priority 1 away member and have a Leicester away ticket but don't think I'll be going at the risk of experiencing that again. Was also going to take my 6 year old nephew to the Charlton game but wouldn't want him to have such an experience as his first City away game.

Sad times.
