bearing in mind it is hard to measure, under-reproted and often takes some time for those mentally ill to become aware of it.

But if i look at my office in london, most of those under 40 had time off with mental illness, some severe and very debilitating and ongoing. I had 2 months off and nearly didnt make it. Using just anecdotal evidence and some knowledge of psychology I would say it is enormous and will become clearer over coming years.
