McClean is an average champs midfielder. Gilmour show pony and lees melody looks like someone who was playing non-league until not that long ago. Again probably an ok champs midfielder with the right player alongside him.
All 3 of them would be ok as the weakest link with step players next to them who had attributes they lack. As it is the whole is far weaker even than the sum of the parts
