The point is to introduce players in situations where they're most likely to settle and shine.
I think Tzolis has looked decent.
Tbh I think all the new guys (including Sargent) have shown glimpses of why they were signed - confidence looks shot.
My biggest concern was when we started to play Gilmour, Williams and Kabak in preference to our own players. Loan players should only play if they demonstrably improve us (Skipp, Huckerby) or to add squad depth.
Ultimately I think we've changed the side too much, too quickly and haven't been able to let any set up settle. Our style, such as it was, relied on players knowing what each other was up to - that takes time. Our opening run and covid disruption has caused all manner of problems, but frustratingly this time around a lot of the damage seems self inflicted.
