Our model is based on taking a chance on players bigger teams have overlooked.
It's like any academy, you hope to develop one player a season to make it a success.
What's the point of arguing if you don't understand this simple concept.

How many Madison's, Godfrey s, Emi's does it take to make up for the players that don't work out?
