Agreed. Anyone has a right to voice dissatisfaction but

When it becomes abusive or insulting they ought to be removed for a period of time and eventually banned.

The algorithms seem to be able to identify and boot someone for even politely having the 'wrong' opinion about certain things but all manner of other stuff goes unchecked.

It's a cesspit.
