It has zero chance of success for these obvious reasons

1) every other team can outspend us by 3x due to being owned by billionaires
2) Delia has turned down offers from 2 Chinese billionaires
3)even if we recruit brilliant players and managers they can't close the gap, or they will get sold.
4) given income level we are a top 6 champs team and will stay there after 1 year stints in the Prem at best

With Delia we can get no further.
