I think we'll regret the decision to sack Farke. I'm trying to remain positive about Smith, but it seems like we're going backwards.
Early success off the back of Farke and then nothing, with the exception of the Man U game.
We have zero attacking intent now and haven't done for a month or more. No clear style either. I know it wasn't quite Farke-ball this season, but you could recognise a pattern of play.
Loans - what a waste this season. Williams and Gilmour should go straight back. Given us nothing, given the opposition plenty, and keeping good players out.
I can't see how we're turning this around, and I'm normally pretty positive!
Injury and covid aren't excuses for such lethargic and lazy performances. This has the all the hallmarks of the Club prior to the Webber/Farke era.
Merry Christmas! 😬
