I think our training now needs to concentrate totally on

Falling over in a dramatic way, waving arms, screaming in absolute pain at every challenge, rolling over and over, shouting free kick, yellow card, penalty at the ref. When fouled we must stay down for 30 seconds until tHe ref books the opposition player, that time will allow the injury to fully heal and then can carry on unaffected.

We must learn not to stay on our feet after any challenge and try to carry in playing football.

When the shirt is rugged we must fall backwards in a dramatic way waving arms in the air as we crash tone ground
