Normann, Max the obvious candidates

Come the end of the season it could be Andy O (personal fave), Ozan, Milot; Pshemy after a breakthrough season; Sarge after he discovers a scoring touch; PLM after he digs in and wins us enough points to scrape survival....as we are it can't be Normann as if he's back for the run-in we'll be lucky, so Max for looking good when mostly we didn't.

It's a great question though - hopefully after a couple more months of Deano there'll be some better answers to it
