"Boy gets the round"

So, "Boy" indicates that it is a male name

"the" simply means the same thing

"round" means something that is a circle like the letter O

"the" + "o" = Theo

The wording of the clue wasn't spectacular (for example, "gets" wasn't the best word possible), however I was trying to think of a cryptic clue as best as I could.
