Quite interesting,the amount of tax they’d pay,assuming they’re just paid in the format of

A wage, and not as “image rights” which I believe are lower rates. Also I’d imagine players form LTD companies and put themselves as employees,thus paying cooperation tax at the lower rate and drip feeding the income over years.(I don’t know whether this happens tbh)
