OR it could be because we take decent players and fail to support them/develop them?

There are a load of names on that list which look as talented as the also rans in the Aussie line up.

How is it that players like Marnus Labuschagne have ropey starts for Australia, have a decent half season at low hanging Glamorgan and then go on a great run of form?

Our players trajectories are the opposite, they start well and get worse.

It's the management and the coaching.
