Indeed

Our local yakitori place was the best place to get Christmas chicken (turkey wasn't easy to get hold of). They cooked it whole, stuffed with lemons, in a deep fryer. Was gorgeous. And because Christmas isn't a holiday, I picked it up at lunchtime and it went straight on the table, piping hot.
