village next to me has had the main street flood regularly the last five years

hardly ever happened before that. wonder if the increase in small housing pockets everyf**kgwhere might be a contributory factor? of course not, lets bung another 75 in the remote village. and the next village. and the next.... it's top level thinking it really is clive.
