Really, verstappen should have got more than a 10 second penalty for brake testing last week too - it should have been equivalent to a 10 second stop go penalty, or drive through, as a minimum. So 15 seconds / 25 depending on your view.

What they’ve done is indefensible when you look at the regs. Unless there’s some part that isn’t being highlighted at the moment.
