Right, I’m over it. We gave that a really bloody good go. Well done all.

Defence played great. You’d never guess we had all but one of our CBs out. Dimi was great, as was Max apart from one moment.

We went toe to toe with a mega club with basically unlimited resources. You wouldn’t have known.

Placheta actually did pretty well I thought. There’s a player there, which isn’t something I’ve always thought. Sarge did what Sarge does. Worked hard, looks like a rabbit in the headlights when he has the ball at his feet. Pukki looked sharp. Rupp put in a really good shift. Gilmour looked good second half.

Oppo keeper was MOTM. Says a lot.

My glass is half full tonight. Let’s just keep repeating that performance and we’ll pick up points. Starting with f**king over Villa.
