Either ban them or make women go on a compulsory course teaching them that when they get to the front of the queue they’re actually going to need to pay and so they should start rummaging in their Tardis-like bag well in advance, not wait until they’re asked to pay, act like it’s a massive surprise and then spend 5 minutes rummaging while the queue doubles in size

Probably easier to ban handbags though
